History of Future All-Stars

Future All-Stars Basketball Camp began in the summer of 2002 with one week-long session and about 50 campers in attendance. Since then, camp has grown each year with multiple summer sessions and a spring break session called Spring Fling, with hundreds of campers participating. Coach Lochte has run Future All-Stars Basketball Camp at multiple schools across Baltimore County including Franklin Middle, Hannah More, The Calvert School, Loch Raven Academy and Dulaney High School. Camp has grown by leaps and bounds each and every year.

Coach Lochte received many of his ideas for Future All-Stars from the dozens of basketball camps he attended as a youth and at the many he worked during his coaching tenure. Coach Lochte has taken his memories as a youth participating in basketball camps such as those run by legendary coaches Lefty Driesel and Morgan Wooten, his knowledge from working dozens of camps as a young coach and his unique experiences from teaching Physical Education and coaching high school basketball and put together Future All-Stars Basketball Camp.
